Hi! I’m Mel de Melo.
I consult, develop and manage operational processes for emerging and growing businesses. Currently working within Toronto's creative industry, the ultimate goal is to create well-integrated ecosystems that support artists and businesses alike.
In recent years I have brought my people-centric approach and care to my role as a producer on projects with clients such as Drew House x Toronto Maple Leafs, Converse x Keith Haring, Dragonette, Secret Walls, adidas Canada, Toronto FC and others.
Over the years, I've been fortunate to collaborate with incredibly talented individuals and teams. As a result, it's been obvious to me that contributing to the creative industry through business management has been a natural fit. I know having someone on your team who believes in you should be flexible and ever-evolving.
I oversee operations and financial processes for those who would prefer to focus on why they started the brand/business in the first place.
