Scale Hospitality is excited to provide those who have an interest in the hospitality industry with a clear pathway to breaking into it!

The program is broken down into 2 parts, virtual and in-person. The virtual component is comprised of an online assessment; the in-person part is made up of a training program where students are taught the basics of food preparation all the way up to the complexities of fine dining.

All students will be guaranteed a job interview upon completion of the virtual and in-person training :)

FAQ

01. What does the process look like after I click the link?

  • Applicants will register through this link or by clicking the REGISTER NOW button above

  • An email will be sent with instructions to download the 360 Learning App and include your login password. 

  • The online portion can take approximately 3-6 hours depending on the applicant and the Front of House vs Back of House option.

  • Once the online portion is successfully completed, participants will be asked to schedule their in-person training which will reflect the schedule attached below.

  • Upon successful completion, the participant will be able to schedule their interview with an industry leader for the open positions available.

02. Do all of the items on the registration form need to be completed?

  • No! Your name and contact information is required, however, current/previous employment/resume details are not required. If you complete as much as you can and hit submit, you will see all that is required.

03. How long does the online/virtual part take?

  • It can take anywhere between 3 - 6 hours depending on your experience within the industry. The video + written content are followed up by short multiple-choice and true and false answers.

04. Is there an age limit for those who can register?

  • There is no age limit for those that can register. As long as you are legally able to work in Canada— you’re good!

05. Is there support for those who register or are interested in registering?
